Terms of service.

All of the content and services provided through this website, scenichome.com (or "our website"), are provided by Scenic LLC. ("Scenic") under the terms and conditions set forth below (and in our Privacy Policy, which, together, constitute the terms of use of our website). By visiting or shopping at our store, you agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions. It is the responsibility of each user of our website to read and understand these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.

Methods of Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and cash for all orders placed.

Charges & Credits

Customer authorizes, understands, and agrees that all charges and fees as outlined in the Terms of Sale can be charged on the credit card provided at time of sale. Store credits are valid for use within 1 full year from credit date. Store credits can only be used by customer whose name appears on the original transaction / account and is not transferable to a second party.

Sales Tax

Sales tax at the standard statewide rate of 6% is applicable on all orders.

If you seek a tax exemption, Scenic requires a completed, current Idaho Resale Certificate Form be submitted for each order where tax is removed. We do not keep forms on file. Tax will not be removed from quotes or invoices until a completed form is submitted and approved.

Delivery Options

Scenic provides delivery of merchandise through a number of different third-party delivery services. Scenic is only a facilitator between the customer purchasing the merchandise and the delivery service being used. Scenic is not an agent for either and has no liability with respect to the delivery service. However, in the event an item arrives damaged or incorrect, Scenic will coordinate a replacement, credit or refund based on circumstances. Scenic is not responsible for lost or stolen product.

In-Store Local Pickup

If preferred, you may select free, in-store pickup during checkout and collect your order at:

We ask that you please give us a call prior to pick-up so that we may have your order ready. The customer is responsible for loading and unloading product.

We are not responsible for paid items left over three weeks (21 days) from purchase. 

Please note that clients or third party couriers must provide their own packing materials. We are unable to provide packing materials or blanket wrapping, unless previously arranged with a salesperson.

White Glove Delivery

All large and fragile items including NK Collection pieces and vintage are eligible for shop or warehouse pickup as well as nationwide premium White Glove Delivery service. Our White Glove Delivery service includes blanket wrapping and inside placement of all furniture pieces. Please select "White Glove Delivery" at checkout to request service. For questions, please contact webshop@nickeykehoe.com or 323.954-9300. Quotes provided online and in store are valid for 30 days.

Storage Policy

Furniture purchased off the floor at our shop will remain available for pick up or delivery at the shop for 1 week only.

Pickup Hours

Tuesday-Saturday, 9am - 6pm
Large item pickups require 24 hr advance notice.

After 1 week (5 business days) your furniture is not picked up, or no delivery arrangement has been communicated, you will incur a Transfer Fee of $120.00 to have the item(s) trucked to our warehouse due to our limited space at the shop.

Transfer & Storage Fees

After 2 weeks (10 business days) have passed from the Date of Purchase, Storage/Handling Fees will accrue at a rate of $75 per week at our warehouse. After 90 Days, cancellation of order is at the discretion of Scenic

Storage Arrangements

If you know you need to make a longer term storage arrangement at the time of purchase, please reach out to a Scenic team member to receive a detailed storage fee invoice emailed to you upfront. It may also be combined with a delivery invoice.

We are happy to help you get your purchase into your home or its final destination as seamlessly and conveniently as possible!

Trade Memos and Returns

All Trade Memos must be processed through our store. For Trade clients interested in a memo or stylists seeking product for a shoot, please contact a Scenic team member.

Backorders

Occasionally there are times when items become back-ordered. In the event of a back-order, you will be notified via e-mail of the estimated arrival time. For questions regarding your order please contact us at hello@scenichome.com

Special Order Lead Times

Lead times quoted at the time of purchase are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Scenic will provide ample notification of any anticipated delays in lead time. Lead/delivery times are not guaranteed and do not qualify as a reason for a return, cancellation or exchange. Delays such as defective fabric (in-stock or COM) may affect lead-time. If an issue should arise with the fabric of choice – please be advised that the lead time is subject to change.

Privacy Policy

At Scenic we will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone. Information submitted to us is only available to our employees and contracted service providers that are processing your order or tending to your other requests. Any information and data we gather is only used to learn more about customers so Scenic can better serve you in the future. If changes to this privacy policy are made, they will be posted on our website promptly. 

Security

All transactions take place via a secure SSL encrypted server link. Credit/debit card information is not stored on our database. This software is the industry standard and run by the servers at shopify.com.

Warranties by You

In placing an order or making purchases from our website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information that you provide to nickeykehoe.com is true, accurate and complete and that you have legal authority to place an order.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

This site is provided by Scenic on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scenic makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of our website or the information, content, materials, or products included on our website. You expressly agree that your use of our website is at your sole risk.

To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Scenic disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Scenic does not warrant that our website, the servers on which our website is hosted, or e-mail sent are free of viruses or other harmful components. Scenic will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of our website, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply to you, and you might have additional rights.
